- Assist Manager in managing Operations and Employees
- Collaborate with Manager to meet or exceed insurance company requirements and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with Manager to increase efficiencies and profitability where possible
- Assist in supporting and motivating staff to help them reach and meet their tasks/goals
- Collaborate with Manager in reviewing/implementing goals set for Operations
- Assist in enforcing company rules and regulations
- Assist in overseeing employee recruitment
- Assist in soliciting and encourage new business
- Assist in maintaining current business and customer satisfaction
- Assist to maintain a clean and organized facility
- Assist Manager in leading daily production meetings, managing repair processes
